Turn Around Time - Production & Shipping Time Frames
Every piece of LSJ is handcrafted and made to order. After you place an order, it goes into our production phase and is made just for you.
⬩⬩Production time = The time it takes to make your order before it ships⬩⬩
Production time is updated regularly and changes throughout the year. You’ll find the current production time along with any holiday deadlines, in the announcement section of our shop’s home page.
⬩⬩Shipping time = The time it takes with USPS once your order leaves our studio ⬩⬩
• Standard shipping = 3-5 business days
• Priority mail = 2-3 business days
• Priority express = 1-3 business days
• International mail can take 2-4 weeks
Shipping time-frames are based off the USPS website & are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.
Refund - Return - Exchange Policies
• We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized jewelry
• Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible
• Refunds on returned merchandise may be subject to a 40% restock fee
• Refunds will be provided once the returned merchandise is received
• We are not responsible for shipping fees for returns or exchanges
• All returns/exchanges must be authorized. Please do not mail anything back before contacting us for a return authorization.
Customized and personalized pieces are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
All sales are final on custom jewelry.
About our Metals & Production Process
We strive to use the best materials that we can source to create heirloom quality jewelry.
We use ethically sourced, certified recycled 925 Sterling Silver, 10K, 14K, and 18K Gold from reputable US suppliers.
All pieces are handcrafted in a vegan jewelry studio with cruelty-free production methods. Lauren Shaddow Jewelry is a PETA approved Vegan brand.
A note about Palladium White Gold and why we use it instead of Traditional White Gold.
Palladium White Gold uses Palladium in place of Nickel. Palladium is a precious metal that is part of the Platinum group. It's lightweight, durable, and nickel-free. Palladium White Gold does not need to be plated, so it does not need on-going maintenance. It will not tarnish, but gentle cleanings are still recommended from time to time. Palladium White Gold has a slightly darker color with a natural gold undertone compared to Traditional White Gold. Palladium White Gold is a high-end precious metal and it's great for creating heirloom quality jewelry.
As with all our metals, our 14K and 18K Palladium White Gold is certified recycled.

We reserve the right to photograph our jewelry, whether it's finished or in production, including personalized pieces and custom work. We may use these photos in listings and advertising. We will never share any personally identifying information about our customers in these photos.
