Hats are sized in head circumference. Head size differs by person and can vary greatly. I suggest 24 Inches for most women and 25 Inches for most men but this is by no account standard. The only way to properly determine a size is to measure your head. The best way to do this it to measure across the center of the forehead and over the tops of the ears.

Child sizes have estimated by age but these are just rough guidelines. Each child is different and they grow so fast and at such different rates that measuring their head is highly suggested.

If you find your head is in between sizes I recommend rounding up to the higher number.

Most hats are machine washable with air drying. Spot cleaning is recommend to make them last longer. Some hats such as the Fennec Fox Hats are NOT machine washable. Please check the listing information for the specific hat for washing instructions.

All plushies are spot cleaning only and are NOT machine washable.

All jewelry should be cleaned by hand with room temperature water and soap. Pat dry with a soft towel, do not rub.

I will accept returns on items that are not custom made. Items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition to be accepted for return.

You must contact me to get the address to send items you would like to return to me. I must be contacted about a return within 14 days of the item being delivered. This date can be verified as all items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Once the item is returned in new condition a refund of the cost of the item is given. You are not refunded the shipping costs.

If an item is returned in less than new condition no refund is given.

All items are shipped with delivery confirmation, if your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it please contact your local post office. This is generally a sign of theft and not something I can control. If you are in a high theft area please contact me before ordering about upgrading your shipping to require a signature.

International order may incur customs charges. This depends on your country and I suggest looking it up before ordering.

International orders can be delayed in customs for long periods of time without explanation. There is nothing I can do about this. Due to the poor international tracking all packages shipped outside of the United States of America are not guaranteed to arrive. Order at your own risk. I have not had any international orders go missing but it is not an unheard of problem with all international shipping. International orders will not be replaced or refunded if they did not arrive after I have shipped them.

All of my buyers are more than welcome to post reviews of my items on any media they would like. Positive or negative your reviews are welcome and appreciated. Please do send me a link to your review if you post one. I would like to see it.

I do not respond to messages for free merchandise. You must purchase and item if you would like to review it.

All hats are handmade and may very slightly from the picture. Please keep in mind the different monitors have different ways of displaying the same color so the color of an item may not match your monitor exactly.
