We strive to use the highest quality products to make our items. Also, here at Cutest Baby on the Block each item is one that has been tested by either one of the moms and they know how it will hold up to use and washing as well as the crazy things that happen to mom’s and their children! So, feel free to ask any questions that you may have regarding any of the items you see listed.

Returns and exchanges
Please select items carefully when ordering. We appreciate you as a customer, and want your shopping experience to be a positive one. If there is ANY problem, contact us right away.
For Returns:
Please e-mail us for instructions and authorization. Upon arrival of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s), but not including any shipping charges. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. There will be a 15% restocking fee for larger orders. All custom orders/ special orders cannot be returned. Unless defective. Products damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Be sure to properly insure items when returning an item. Cutest Baby on the Block cannot assume responsibility for any item that is lost in the mail on its return to us.

If your item is defective, you may return within the first 30 days of purchase, we will refund the amount item purchased as well as shipping expenses or exchange the item.

Payment
We accept Paypal and Money Orders. We will not ship a Custom Order item until payment has been received. Money Orders may require a couple of days to make sure they clear. Payment is appreciated within 3 days!
Shipping
For all completed items, we will ship within three days of receipt of payment. For custom orders please allow 7-14 for the item to be made and shipped. Please check the shipping cost on the item and should you order more than one item there will be a discount on shipping costs!

We will do everything in our power to create your item to each of your specs and in most cases check with you regarding fabric choices and colors before making your item.
