Hello and welcome to Shop Policies. I have done my best to lay out and explain any and all issues that may arise when placing your order. If anything is unclear or you have a question about one of my policies, please feel free to message me. I look forward to all transactions going as smoothly as possible.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of my products I do not accept exchanges or returns. I will only issue a refund if it is determined that the product is defective or there was a flaw in workmanship. I will not issue refunds due to shipping damages or customer wear and tear.
A replacement will not be issued for items lost or damaged by the USPS nor will a refund be issued for the same reason. To receive a refund for lost or damaged items by the USPS you must purchase insurance prior to ordering as I am not responsible once the item has been marked "Shipped".
Payment
Payment will be upfront for all custom orders. Item will not ship or be made until payment has cleared. For instance if you use a check through Paypal, it usually takes a week to clear. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees that may occur even after item has arrived.
Shipping
All items are shipped via First Class in a gray poly bag to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Priority shipping is only used when the contents of the order exceeds 16oz. Insurance is not included with First Class shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order you will first have to contact me and a custom listing made to add in the extra fee. Once an order has been placed insurance cannot be added. Insurance, however, is automatically included with Priority shipping.
Domestic shipping times will vary. It could take anywhere between 2-7 days depending on how fast the USPS is working.
International orders generally take 1-2 weeks. Packages can take as long as 30 days to get through customs.
I am not in control of shipping times but you should be aware of the additional time it will take to receive your item after the initial processing time. If you need to receive your order by a certain date you will need to contact me before ordering but I make no guarantees. All orders come with a tracking number which you can use to monitor your package's progress. Please be aware that tracking only updates once the package has reached the next destination and has been scanned.
Additional policies and FAQs
As I do not mind my items being purchased for use in other shops projects I do ask that you credit my work in the items description. You are reselling my handmade work to others and its a common courtesy to let others know the item has not been made by you. I am not a supply shop.

Feel free to ask for custom orders. If you don't see something in a color or style you want message me first and I will let you know if it is possible or not before you order.
I can also add personal messages with the items if it is to be shipped as a gift.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like your package to be wrapped for a gift I can offer this option at an additional charge. Written notes included with an order come at no extra cost. Please be sure to include in the notes section of your order exactly what you would like to say.
