A dream come true

I started by doing my own wedding invitations which grew to birthday invitations and friends asking me to do their invitations and then it all blossomed into Baby Fables to include monthly onesie stickers, digital birthday invitations, clothing dividers, personalized Big Brother/Big Sister Kits, mouse pads and much more! My husband and I are now expanding our lines to include heat pressed items including tee's, totes and we will continue to add items regularly!

Welcome to Cute Tee Designs!

I am Mom to a wonderful little man and happily married to a great guy! I have been selling successfully on etsy for approximately 3 years and LOVE my job! This is my second shop and our "sister" site to Baby Fables ~

I LOVE to create and am so very lucky to have the ability to pass on my creativity to you :)

My shop is open for sales 24/7. I will answer convo's/emails within 24 hours (but usually much more quickly. This is my full-time job and so I aim to respond as quickly as possible).

Please note that weekends are generally my "family time" as I often work starting about 8am, often not finishing until 10pm or later - Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays, while I do my best to respond to emails/convo's and re-list items, I try to limit my time on "business time" to weekdays (Monday through Friday - 9am - 7pm) so that the rest of my time can be spent with my son and husband. Thanks for your understanding!

*Please note that nearly every product is either 100% cotton or a cotton/poly blend and therefore some allowance for shrinkage should be taken into consideration when ordering. I base my sizes off of what info I am given by the manufacturer or the garments. If you're unsure of sizes, please ask as I'm happy to take exact measurements of the shirt before shipping it out.* ~ I cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes unless you've asked for an exact measurement.

I accept Paypal for orders. You can use paypal even if you don't have an account. Just put in your credit card information and you can pay instantly :)

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. If you can't pay in that time frame, please let me know and I'll be happy to keep your order for you until such time as you can make payment. If there is no communication and no payment within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and negative feedback may be left. Please keep in mind that when you make a purchase that it costs me money to re-list the items.. selling is not free on etsy.

If you are in Canada and would like to pay via EMT (Email money transfer) please let me know and I will send you info for doing so.
I ship within 3-5 business days of receiving CLEARED payment, depending on the items ordered. I am a HANDMADE business and items take time to create (orders are not mailed on Saturday or Sunday), I ship Monday through Friday. If you need your item more quickly, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you. I ship via Canada Post Airmail. Shipping within Canada is approximately 2-8 business days. Shipping most parts of the USA is approximately 5 to 12 business days (although due to customs, orders can sometimes take longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering as I have NO control over how long a package takes to arrive to you once it leaves my hands. It can take 4 days or it can take 2+ weeks.. neither of these is uncommon). These guidelines are provided from Canada Post. If you'd like your item more quickly, I can provide tracking information. The cost of this is $25 (cheapest rate I can get).

Please note that due to the fact that I am shipping from Canada - Orders will not be applicable for exchange until they have been "missing" for 5 weeks (US customers only). I'd love to think that customs and the postal service are perfect, but they aren't. I have had customers who thought an item was missing only for it to show up a week later. I aim to have orders out within 3-7 business days and shipping as indicated is *approximately* 5 to 12 business days to the US but at times, customs can take extra time and this is well beyond my control. Please double check your address on etsy as I ship to that address noted on your order.

Orders that have been MIA for longer than 5 weeks can be exchanged. If they have been lost in the mail (which is rare but it does happen) can be exchanged or a credit to my store will be issued. Refunds will NOT be given for lost shipments. I do not control the mail and cannot be responsible for lost mail.

**IF you need your item more quickly ~ PLEASE let me know within 24 hours of ordering. I do my very best to get items to you when you need them but I simply have not yet mastered the art of mind reading and unless you tell me, I have no way to know if you need your order in a week or 4 weeks. Orders are processed in the order they come in to the shop. During heavier ordering times (near Holidays or Back to school time, my processing/shipping times will increase).**

Please note that holidays in Canada are different from the US - we observe & celebrate more holidays. The following is a list of standard holidays in Ontario, Canada for 2013. On these date I do take the day to spend with my family and there is no postal services:

Please note that my shipping charges include more than just the stamp that goes on your envelope. It takes into account a VERY small amount for gas, the cost of the packaging and my time. I aim to keep shipping as low as possible, I'm not out to "make a buck" on shipping charges like some do, but I do have to factor in these extra costs.

While rare, sometimes you will be charged duty fee's or other charges. These are completely out of my control! I try and make the packaging as efficient as possible to avoid any extras for my customers but I can't be held responsible for duty fee's or extra shipping costs.

Please note as well that I cannot be held liable for packages that are damaged in transit. I package my items as well as I can (while still keeping shipping rates reasonable) and damage caused by rough transit are not my responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please convo me and let me know and I will do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction. I strive to have 100% feedback but understandably I can't please everyone. I would really appreciate the chance to make your order right if for some reason you are not happy.

Refunds for items that are at my fault, will only be issued within 60 days after you receive your item. If for some reason, there is an issue with your item, please let me know within this time frame. After that, a replacement product may be sent out (depending on the circumstance) but no refunds after 60 days will be given. I believe this gives everyone a reasonable amount of time. I will not give refunds though on "because I decided I didn't like it". My pictures of my products are very true to the product you will receive (monitors may differ from person to person but not DRAMATICALLY unless your monitor is very old) and that being said, what you see is what you get. Custom orders are NOT refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
I hope you are happy with your purchase and have many lasting memories from my items :) All items are for PERSONAL use only and cannot be re-sold unless given permission (which is rare). Shops/customers who re-sell my designs without permission will be reported.

Please note: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please ensure it is done within 24 hours. After this time, cancellation is not always possible. If your order has already been printed/created, cancellations will not be permitted.

**I do not make or take credit for making the clip art pieces you see in my designs. These are made by many talented designers and I buy the rights to use them in my work which I then take a put together a special design just for you! A BIG thank you to all the people who DO make the clip art! Their talents are amazing**

Regarding custom orders: Generally I do not charge for custom work (depending on the time involved) but custom work must be paid for in advance and there will be an extra charge if you require more than 3 revisions. I understand the need for it to be "just right" but please understand that I have MANY other customers and a family and 3 revisions should be more than enough. I do have a font list on my facebook page: so you can pick out another font if needed but if you keep changing your mind and more than 3 revisions are required, a $10 fee will apply.

Unfortunately do to a number of recent incidents, I will no longer be doing custom work until an item is paid for. It takes a lot of my time to do custom work and I have MANY customers and while unfortunate that a few "bad apples" can ruin a bunch, this seems to be happening more and more that custom work is done and then never paid for. Not only does it cost me time, it also costs money to create listings. I'm more than happy to do custom work, but kindly be serious in your inquiry and not just "looking to see what I can do". I have a large number of orders/custom work every day and a family to take care of as well. Thank you for understanding.

Unless you are ordering something custom (i.e something made from scratch) you will not receive a proof. Proofs are VERY time consuming and I'm not able to provide them for every day orders. A custom order does not include a name change
