Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I will however gladly accept money orders. Payment must be made or mailed within 3 days of purchasing item. If paying by money order, please notify me as soon as payment has been mailed.
If there is a problem making your payment within this time frame, please contact me and I will try and work something out with you.
I normally do not accept personal checks, but if you cannot make payment by my other accepted means, please contact me and I will consider it on an individual basis.
Shipping
I ship all items using the most economical shipping service. Should you prefer a specific shipping service, or opt for insurance, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can adust the shipping format and price.
I generally ship out all items within 3 days of receiving payment. Although I do not anticipate a delay, should one arise, I will contact you immediately with the alternate shipping date.
I pack your purchases very carefully, but should you receive an item that is damaged in any way, you must contact me immediately upon receiving the item, and keep all original packaging in case a claim is to be filed.
If any item is damaged in shipping, after proof has been given to me of the issue, I will gladly refund your purchase or issue a merchandise credit, whichever you prefer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe all my items, and show detailed pictures. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to my lack of disclosure, I will gladly issue a refund. If you should just change your mind or not like the item, I reserve the right to consider issuing a refund or merchandise credit on an individual case by case basis.
Refunds due to shipping damages are outlined in the shipping policy above.
I am sorry, but custom orders are non refundable, unless damaged in shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are interested in any of my custom decorations, wreaths, trees, florals etc. and would like one in a specific design or color, please convo me so we can work out the details. As long as I have the materials for your special order, I can create it for you with 7 days.
If you are looking for something special in my vintage collections, please ask, I may not have it listed as of yet.
