Hello and thanks for stopping by!

All orders come packaged in signature gift wrap (Eco-friendly 100% recycled Kraft tissue paper with colorful twine).

Most of the papers and envelopes I use (other than the vintage materials of course) are eco-friendly and made in the USA by French Paper. French Paper is an independent, family owned mill that uses 100% hydroelectric power!

I take great care to ensure the colors you see onscreen are accurately represented, but please be aware that there are differences between computer monitors. The color you see on your screen may vary slightly from actual item, based on your monitor's settings.

Payment

Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.

Shipping

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPPING*

If you have any questions about shipment or the the status of your order, please refer to the Transaction Details page in your Purchased Orders. The status of your order will be updated on this page and tracking information will also be found there. If you have any other questions, please contact me via convo here on Etsy.

Please allow 2-5 Business Days for your domestic order or international order to be shipped. PERSONALIZED items are made to order and may require an additional 3-5 business days as specified in individual listings. Please check the item listing details to confirm the estimated ship-by date for your order. You will also be able to view ship-by dates and estimated arrival dates during the Checkout process prior to making payment. Orders are usually shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail Package Services, both domestic and international. Delivery Confirmation is included on all Domestic orders and to select International destinations. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shipping charges include postage, tracking, and packaging, and insurance for orders of $50 or more. Items will be shipped to the buyer's Etsy address.

NEW! Delivery Confirmation is now included for First Class International Service, and Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and Small Flat Rate Box shipments to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland. Yay!

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping may be purchased for an additional charge and are available for orders of $50 or more. Please contact me prior to purchase to arrange for Expedited shipping. I'm very sorry but at this time I am no longer able to offer shipping upgrades for orders under $50.

GIFT ORDERS: If you would like your order shipped to a gift address, please leave me a note during checkout or indicate the gift address in Etsy. I will be happy to include a gift message and gift tag on your behalf!

COMBINED SHIPPING: I am happy to combine multiple items between my two shops. Hunter's Hideaway is my shop for custom rubber stamps and crafting supplies, http://huntershideaway.etsy.com Simply place your order for both shops, and submit your payment as usual--I will issue you a refund for shipping overcharges within 24-48 hours!

DAMAGE: All items will be packed carefully to ensure their safe arrival. On the rare occasion that your items endure any damage in transit and your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please let me know right away. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items in such an event in order for an insurance claim to be filed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

INSURANCE & CUSTOMS: For domestic orders over $50, Insurance or Signature Confirmation will be included. International orders of $50 or more include Insurance. Please note, International customers are responsible for any customs duties. If you would like to add insurance for orders under $50, please contact me prior to purchase so that I may adjust the listing for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive for my customers to be completely happy with their purchases! Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Returns or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that all sales are final on personalized or custom orders.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations requests must be made same-day of purchase. I'm sorry but cancellation requests after this time cannot be accommodated. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me right away. If your order has not yet been processed, you will receive a refund minus a 0.75 cent cancellation fee. I'm sorry but I am unable to accept cancellations once your order has been processed.

Orders are considered processed once they have been packaged for shipping. Once packaged I can no longer accept cancellation requests.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a cancellation request.

I'm sorry but I am unable to accept cancellations on personalized or custom orders.
