ALL sales are final, period! I will not cancel any orders no matter what. Think before you go through the multi-step check out process.
I am a VERY busy shop with consistently 100 or more open orders at any given time so please order well in advance of your event or be prepared to buy one of my rush options. It is up to you to know the correct size needed in Converse before you order. If you receive shoes that are too big or too small, I cannot exchange or refund since they are personalized. If you need to change a size or color AFTER the order has been placed, there is a $10 fee to make that change since more than likely, I've already purchased the shoes you originally ordered and now I'm stuck with them.
These are personalized items and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If for ANY reason a package is returned to me, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to have it re-sent. I ship USPS so if you don't have a mail receptacle you must provide a PO box instead of a street address. USPS won't deliver if you don't have a mailbox! If your package is marked "delivered", my obligation is over. If in fact you did not receive it, please take it up with your local post office.
If you place an order, PLEASE keep an eye on your email, the one you provided to etsy because if I have any questions, that's the way I will contact you. The longer you take to reply, the longer your order will take.

5 out of 5 starsThese shoes are perfect! My daughter can fit them perfectly and comfortable. She wears a 6 and I got a 5/6. My delivery date was expected 2 days after my daughters birthday party & I reached out to the owner and she had no problem shipping them as soon as possible so that I will receive them on time. Will definitely be ordering again for future events.

Custom and personalized orders
It is up to YOU to be SURE of your size/your child's size in Converse before ordering. If you decide to change the shoe color or shoe size AFTER ordering, there's a $10 change fee. I don't accept cancellations under any circumstances.
If a package is returned to me for ANY reason, NSN (no such number), no secure location, no longer at this address, ANY reason, you will be the one paying for me to re-ship it to you.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not gift wrap. If you want a gift message be sure to add it to the gift message box, NOT the "notes to seller" box, it will not be included if you don't put it in the correct place.
Sizing details
Converse shoes run big. I try to add as many details and size charts as I can but nothing beats going to a store that sells Converse and getting your perfect size before you invest a good chunk of change in them.
