From now on we will ship all Orders with Standart Shipping without Tracking/Insurance. If you wish to have Priority with Tracking/Insurance please add it at the Checkout. If there is no Tracking/Insurance added we do not know where the package is and if it gets lost we can not refund any money. Please be aware of this. European Shipping takes up to 3-4 Weeks and International Shipping up to 6-8weeks.

We startet in 2020 and hope that you all like our Cookie Cutter, our Stencil and our Embosser. We ship them worldwide. Our Baking Supplies which you can find on www.cutmycookies.com, are only shipped within Switzerland.

Processing time:
Right now we are having only have 1-3 business days to get them printed and shipped. This does not include the shipping time.

Priority&Tracked: Europe: 3-4 weeks / Other Countries: 7-8weeks
*We can not guarantee the dates as this is not in our hands. Due to Corona the shipping could be even longer. We ask for your understanding and patience.

Taxes and Customs Charges:
Every country has its own Tax and its own Exemption Limit. For example the US has a Limit of 200$ if you order above this, the Custom may charge you Tax. For Europe: Etsy will collect the Tax and pays them. So you should not have to pay to the postoffice. If you do have to pay, please contact Etsy, they will help you to solve the problem.
