Perfect for our beach wedding!

My item has the wrong name on it! I ordered in April, received in June and have tried to contact the owner every 3-4 weeks since then. I have sent 3 e-mails and have not heard a response. I am very upset.

absolutely horrible experience! do not buy from this seller. I purchased my item on April 18th. It's now July 6th and not only have I NOT received the product, but I haven't received a response to multiple contacts for a refund request either.

worst experience ever with this seller. i placed the order early may when the delivery time was 4 weeks which left me plenty of time to get the order for my 16 June wedding. i contacted tara at the end of may when i hadnt received the order for her to tell me that the order was to be shipped for 22 june!! i had clearly asked for the prints to have my wedding date of 16 of June on it. She then told me she can ship my order asap and didnt hear from her. i asked for a refund and again nothing. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get a refund? This is by far the worst experience i ever had and had to go and get a guestbook from a store for my wedding day which wasnt the same. having read other reviews and seeing that the quality was poor i am glad that i did. Will stick to Amazon and other more reliable websites in the future.

I would never purchase from this Esty seller EVER again. Buyer beware. Not only did I have to initiate and follow up on emails to seller, after no response, but when I received my order...it was wrong. I never received a proof to approve. Tara produced my order from emails between the two of us that were not very clear. It seems I was lucky to even receive my order wrong. Per some of the feedback already left, I see many never received their orders in time. Had I checked buyer reviews before ordering, I would have never order from Tara. The buyers who didn't receive their orders shouldn't be too disappointed as the quality and craftsmanship is very cheap/poor. I requested a refund for the mistakes that were Tara's and never heard got a response. I followed up another time...still no response. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and was refunded. Horrible seller! Worst experience on Etsy BY FAR (and I've done a lot of purchasing for my upcoming wedding).

These came in plenty of time for my wedding and were perfect. It is just what we wanted for our non-traditional wedding. We are going to pair a card with a photo from the photo booth for our guest book at our wedding! I will send photos after the wedding!

I've never before had to give negative feedback on Etsy, but unfortunately (for me), this seller truly deserves it. Please--all brides--learn from my mistake, and give your business to another shop on Etsy. Long story short--this seller could not deliver my order within the timeframe that she specified on her website. Instead of being honest with me, she dodged my emails and then offered at the eleventh hour to do the project for an additional charge. By that time, I had finally read all of this seller's other negative feedback, so I quickly switched gears and found another shop on Etsy that could do the job. When I asked for a refund or partial refund, since Tara clearly never did the work, she went radio silent on me. So I'm out all that money and have nothing to show for it. The old adage is certainly true: buyer beware. Now you've been warned, so please take your business and your money elsewhere.

This has been a very bad start to my Etsy shopping. This was the first item I've ever ordered via Etsy - and the seller WILL NOT CONTACT ME after NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER.
nI ordered this on April 19th, and paid a sizable rush order fee. She assured me the item would be shipped by APRIL 27th. She HAS NOT sent me the guestbook and will not respond to emails/messages inquiring about the status of the order. Rotten first experience. I have sent complaints to Etsy and Paypal over this. Such a bummer too, the item would have gone well with our library themed wedding. :(
