Announcement   Hi, I'm Emily and I've been helping colourful brides find custom colour wedding accessories with a Japanese twist for 7 years now. I'm super passionate about working with brides on custom orders so that their wedding accessories fit with their colour themes. If you're tired of all white weddings, with a single accent colour and you want your wedding to shine with all the colours of the rainbow, you are in the right place. This is a one stop shop for your bridal head piece, bridesmaids hair flowers, your groom and groomsmen's lapel pins as well as bridal party gifts and mother of the bride brooches. Knowing all those elements are going to tie together means that you can sit back, relax and glow, in anticipation of the big day!

Each silk flower is lovingly hand crafted by me. My modern fabric flowers are inspired by the Japanese craft of kanzashi making. My aim is to give you a little squee of excitement when your flowers arrive in the post. :)

Please do get in touch if there is anything I can help you with! I pride myself on my customer service and want to do my best to make your shopping experience excellent in every way. If you'd like to feature my work, or are interested in wholesale or collaborations, I would love to hear from you to.

My girlfriend doesn't have much jewellery and isn't too 'flash', but I wanted to get her something. This looked ideal, and a choice of main colour was perfect (blue for a Chelsea fan). Would make an interesting and conversation point addition to most (I would think) jewellery boxes. Ta kindly!!

About

Let Your Wedding Glow with Colour

Since setting up Cuttlefishlove Kanzashi in May 2011 my kanzashi have been featured in Rebel Magazine UK and exhibited in Brighton Museum and The Fishing Quarter Gallery, Brighton Dome Shop and the Brighton Open Houses during the Brighton Festival.

My stockists include Workshop22 in Bristol, SwitchShoes in Portland and Portland Japanese Garden Gift Shop.

I came across kanzashi several years ago, when I was planning my wedding, and thought they were the most beautiful things I'd ever seen! I was stunned by their delicateness and intricacy.

I planned a very colourful wedding and struggled to find wedding accessories to match my multicoloured theme. Now that I make and sell my own kanzashi hair flowers and wedding accessories I love helping colourful brides by offering a large range of beautiful silks in bright and beautiful colours, so that they can match their bridal headpiece, bridesmaids hair flowers, lapel pins and wedding party gifts to their colour theme.

My favourite thing about working with brides and grooms is giving that feeling of excitement and anticipation when a beautifully well made handmade part of your wedding arrives.

I believe excellent customer service is vitally important so you can relax while planning your big day.

Additional policies and FAQs
Caring for your kanzashi:

My kanzashi are make from silk and delicate materials. They should not become damaged during normal wear, but take care with them, as you would with any soft and delicate item- they will get squashed if you sit on them!

Keep kanzashi away from rain and water.

Please transport your kanzashi in the box it comes with, or it may become misshapen.

If your kanzashi does suffer a misshap you can 'plump' the petals by pushing the point of the petal towards the centre of the flower. Using steam can also help to return your kanzashi to its former glory, if it has become damaged. Please be careful and keep your hands away from steam as it can burn.

Please message me if you want more detailed advice on caring for your kanzashi!
