The item came in in minimal packaging that was entirely sufficient to protect it. I strongly respect this choice. The cord is *beautiful* and feels very high quality and made with care. After finding what I thought was an issue with the cord but turned out to be my headphones, Eric was exceedingly supportive, responsive, and willing to back his product and any possible errors (which, there almost certainly weren't any here). I will be returning to replace other cables as the originals wear, and you should consider him as well.
