I strive to be helpful and informative, so I include a TON of details in both areas to make sure you know exactly what to expect from my services and your finished files. I DO NOT offer refunds on any order after the project has started and/or files have been emailed.
If you place an order in error and request a cancellation, you will be refunded less transaction / processing fees.
If you are anything less than 100% satisfied with your designs when they arrive, just contact me - we'll fix it! Your satisfaction is my priority.

All customized graphics will be delivered via email to the address associated with the Etsy account used in the transaction.
Instant Download orders become available immediately after purchase and can be downloaded at your convenience.
Additional policies and FAQs
My Etsy-specific graphics are sized per Etsy's stated recommendations.
• Etsy shop "Big Banners" are sized at 1200x300px, 72dpi.
• Etsy shop "Mini Banners" are sized at 1200x160px, 72dpi.
• Avatars are sized at 600x600px, 72dpi.
• Listing covers ("reserved", "custom", etc.) are sized at 600x600px, 72dpi.
Banners, avatars, and listing covers are designed at 72dpi, which means the resolution is perfect for internet display, but NOT for printing.
Etsy Big and Mini Banners are NOT sized appropriately for use on Facebook or Twitter.
Avatars are appropriate to use as Etsy "Shop Icons" or profile photos. They are created large enough to use across all social networking sites, too.
Business cards and logo labels are sized at 1062x615px, 300dpi, ready for printing. They are sized to Vistaprint's standards (with regard to bleed / trim margins), so Vistaprint is recommended for best results.
Since my "logo label" files are designed at the same dimensions as business cards, they make great backers for double-sided cards. They also work perfectly printed on sticker paper for product labels and package branding (fits Vistaprint's Rectangle 3.5" x 2" Product Label, too).
Your files will arrive in JPEG (.jpg) format, grouped together in a ZIP file, directly to the email address associated with the Etsy account used in the order transaction.
► LOGO / WATERMARK SETS:
All logo files are supplied in high quality printable formats. Unless specific file types (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are requested prior to purchase, the files included will be universal .JPG and .PNG only.
You may place your logo into your own graphics, atop photos as a watermark, etc., in any way that will benefit your business. It is the client's responsibility to have the appropriate image editing software and knowledge for use if necessary.
Logo designs in standard .JPG and .PNG formats are printable UP TO the sizing stated within each listing. Trying to print the logo larger than its intended maximum size can result in poor image quality and should be considered at your own risk.
► FACEBOOK / TWITTER GRAPHICS:
All social media graphics are created to the specific sizing and file specs recommended by that site at the time of purchase.
Facebook is notorious for photo compression on uploads. I follow a file size and color profile strategy that produces the sharpest and most reliable results possible. However, I can't be responsible for the very slight blur and/or color variances that sometimes occur due to Facebook's unavoidable image compression. Uploading from a desktop / laptop computer instead of a mobile device is recommended for best results.
Twitter uses a responsive design layout, which means that the header image will be scaled and re-cropped depending on the end-user’s web browser or app. Your most important text information and design elements will appear very centered on your header so as not to be affected by Twitter's automatic cropping.

Frequently asked questions
Can the font be changed on a specific design?
Yes, but you'll need to purchase the Font Change listing (located in my Add-Ons section) along with your order.
How soon will my order be ready?
Most of the time, orders are finished and emailed within a matter of hours. Although I ask 24 to 48 hours for turn-around, I am at my desk nearly every day of the week, and strive to get orders started ASAP when I see them come through.
