Accepted payment methods
"You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account."
✻ I do not charge for packaging and handling. This charge is to cover the cost of posting only. Be aware that shipping cost in France are quite expensive.
✻ I send all items by priority mail. I will be glad to upgrade to registered prioroty for you and actually prefer this method. I recognize though that shipping cost in France are expensive and gladly give you the option of a more economical option. PLease be aware that there is no was to track priority mail so the risk is your choice!
✻ Most items should arrive within 7 to 14 days but some things have been known to take as much as a month.
✻ You are responsible for all custom charges and taxes. I have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what the price will be. You are also responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to your country from France.
✻ I will ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt ONLY. I never ship to the address mentioned by Paypal. Please double-check to verify that the shipping address provided on Etsy is matching the Paypal one, is current and correct. I am not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.
✻ I do combine shipping cost for multiple items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item I will refund you in full less postal charges providing you return item in the same condition as it was received within a reasonable time.
Be aware though that I can not be held responsible for packages "lost in the mail" but if this does happen I will do my utmost to resolve the issue with you.
