Returns: Please notify me within three days of receiving the article of your intent to return it.
Refunds will be sent via paypal upon receiving the item.
If the piece is received by the buyer damaged, you will also have the option to return it, exchange it or return it for repairs and I will cover all the shipping expenses. I try to be exact on the sizing, but if it doesn't fit, let me know, and, where possible, I'll adjust it to your size.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS.

I will accept Pal Pal or check. If you wish to pay by Credit Card or Debit card, you can do it through Pay Pal without having a Pay Pal account. Items will not be shipped until the check or payment has been cleared. If payment is not received in three days, the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted. If there is going to be a delay, let me know. Please convo me to let me know if you are paying by check and I will provide you with a mailing address.

Your item will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment,(not including weekends) unless it is a custom order or resizing. Depending on the number of orders I have, custom orders may take up to two weeks. I do try to get it out sooner, but it depends on how many orders I have. You will be notified via email or convo if there is a delay.

Within the United States,I prefer to insure, but unless the item is $100.00 or more, I won't do it unless it is requested. If the item is over $100.00, it will be insured and sent with delivery confirmation, (within the US). If you are in a rush to receive the item, I will expedite if you so indicate, and will invoice you via paypal if the charge is over the regular shipping fee.

Canada - please contact me regarding the change in custom laws. There is now a registration fee. I will ship once I know that you are aware of the additional charges and agree to them.

Overseas orders welcome. I ship anywhere overseas, USPS 1st class. If you need it by a certain date, please convo me and I'll give you a quote for expedited shipping. Please note: you are responsible for any customs charges. Each country is different and I have no way of knowing what those charges will be. If I tried to anticipate those charges, the price of the item would be markedly higher!

Custom orders: If you are a first time customer, I ask for 1/2 down upon agreement to a custom order, and 1/2 upon completion and approval. If you are a returning customer, it is not necessary to pay up front, unless you choose to do so. Before final payment, you will receive photos of the completed item for your approval. I will make any changes 1 time but additional changes after the item is completed will be $5.00.If the item does not fit when you receive it, I will happily make the changes at no charge. Just notify me and send the item back. When the adjustments have been made, I will ship to you at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!Please allow up to two weeks for completion, unless we have agreed on a "rush" order.
