Welcome to Cynical Pink Productions, a subsidiary of SeekingElegance, Inc. Just here to see how I can do as an artist in my current obession with polymer clay and a few other materials. If you need advice in working with it, or would like to give me some, all would be appreciated!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
For the U.S. - If you don't receive your package within 2-5 days of recieving a message from me that I sent your order. Let me know ASAP.
I am NOT responsible for items damaged in the mail. I make them as sturdy as I can and pack them as safely as I can, and sometime the post office is unusually rough with them/things happen. If you are hesitant, I can ship them in a box but it will cost you more with shipping, convo me if interested.
Not responsible for lost mail either. If you are concerned about this, please ask me about purchasing insurance ($1) on your order.
*I only accept PayPal as a method of payment.
*You must make the payment in 48 hours (2 days!)
Most (if not all) of my items are small in nature, and will be shipped via USPS First Class, which takes anywhere from 2-3 days to be delivered ONCE I HAVE MAILED IT. It keeps shipping prices low and is a fast way to ship!
NOTE! It may take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days for me to make/complete your order and ship it. Please let me know if you have a deadline and I will try to make it
I want to give my best to my customers so please be patient. I will also e-mail you to let you know once I have mailed your item.
If you would like to have your item insured, that will be an additional fee of $1 (For the U.S. only)
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my items (with an exception or two) are very individually handmade and thus may be slightly different in size, color (rarely), or hardware (i.e. the chain used on the Chain Chomps). So they might not look EXACTLY as pictured, but I try to keep them as close as possible. =D
My items, although made well and as durable as realistically possible, they can be fragile! Especially out-hanging parts like any outstretched limbs or leaves! So treat them fairly gently, they are not made from industrial plastic that can withstand beatings in a car door..
