Finally getting around to reviewing this as I was recently out of town. I took the necklace with me and wore it everywhere and got SO many compliments. This thing is absolutely beautiful and so unique. Included in the box was even a personalized letter from this seller, who was as nice as could be. Even upon buying she contacted me to let me know she was shipping it out soon. By far the best buying experience I've had on Etsy, for the product and excellent attentiveness to customer satisfaction.

Welcome to pansoup! We are a NON Smoking Shop. We do have pets but not in the Shop. I will do my best to treat you the way I would like to be treated. I practice quality customer service! I am just a convo away and will respond to your convo as soon as I can, usually within 24 hours. I check my shop on a daily basis. Your satisfaction is important to me. Layaway options are now available! Convo me to set up a 3 or 4 installment payment plan. Once you have paid a down payment, the item is Reserved for Only You! Should you change your mind after this, the first down payment becomes non refundable. Anything additional will be refunded using the same payment method used for purchase.

I accept Paypal or use Etsy's Direct Checkout as standard. Cancellation of an order is no problem! Cancel within 24 hours because I ship very quickly. Complete refunds prior to shipping are easy! Refunds are given using the same payment method as purchase. If cancellation is requested after I have shipped, then refund of purchase price only will be made when the item is returned to me in the same condition as was sent to you.
I use Etsy shipping labels with delivery confirmation number and insurance. All shipping is the Customer's responsibility unless I have made an error with your order. Return shipping cost is also at buyer's expense, unless I have made an error, or we have worked out an amicable solution. I do not refund shipping costs that have been paid to the postal service for your label. Thank you for your understanding.
It is MY responsibility to ensure you receive your item, well packaged, and shipped on time. I have no control how long a package may bounce around the postal system. This is why delivery confirmation is so important. We can both see by the tracking number where the package is.

I strive to package safely and securely; however I do understand a package can get all beat up flying from point A to point B. Please let me know if your purchased item inside the package has arrived damaged. A picture of the damage to the contents and the package would be appreciated. Great customer service is my priority.

I sell mostly in the United States. I'm am willing to try some shipping overseas. Some items I make cannot be sold outside of the US. I don't ship to Italy, Greece, or Russia. I ship one to two days after receiving payment. I use Etsy shipping labels with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance, and the Etsy convo system to send out email notification when item ships.
Convo me about your purchase interest and I'll set up a listing with your zip code mail costs in order to stretch your shipping $$. Tracking and Delivery confirmation is automatically purchased with shipping label. I insure my packages. This protects both of us should your package "disappear en route".

Shipping overages of $2+up are cheerfully refunded via Etsy DC or Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your online shopping experience at pansoup. I am very attentive to my Customers' needs.

I offer a no questions asked refund policy. If I have made an error, I will correct the problem at no expense to you. Please let me know you plan to return within 3 days and mail back to me within 7 days after. Returned item, should be in re-saleable condition.
Unless We have made other arrangements, the initial and return shipping costs are your expense. I do not refund money that has been paid to the postal service for your label, unless I have made an error with your order. I will refund your purchase price minus shipping cost via Paypal or Etsy DC, whichever method you used, when I have received the item back in the same condition it arrived to you in.

If I have made on error with your order, all monies will be refunded to you when I receive the purchased item returned in the same condition you received it in. I need pictures of damages for the Post Office Claim, should your item become damaged en route through the mail system to you.

Take note if your Country charges a tax on your package; it is your responsibility. It might have bearing on whether you want to make the purchase!
