5 out of 5 starsShipping took a really long time, from my perspective, simply because I’m in the US. And probably also because I was waiting on it in order to put a lock of my dog’s hair in it so I could carry her around with me. She was my tiny dragon. But despite the wait, it actually arrived sooner than I expected it to, and I could not be happier with the quality of this absolutely stunning locket. Above And Beyond beautiful. I mean just absolutely perfect. And unlike some artisan silver jewelry, it actually bears the silver mark. To me, that’s really important. I would definitely recommend this locket, especially if you don’t mind waiting. Also, communication with the seller was really good. She was always very quick to answer any questions I had, and she was very polite.

Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of cleared payment received. Custom orders will take longer, I will discuss timelines at the point of the order.
TRACKING / INSURANCE
Within the UK shipping is via 1st class Royal Mail. Outside the UK shipping is via Airmail, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AIRMAIL RANGES FROM 1-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
If you require a TRACKING NUMBER for your package you must purchase upgraded shipping via Airsure, International Signed for, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery, depending on where you are located. Contact me for more information and a price quote.
International customers may be required to pay customs duty on some larger packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient. I can not legally mark packages as a 'gift' to avoid these duties.
Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and Paypal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address.
If your item has not arrived after 30 days (45 days for US customers due to current issues and delays at US Customs), please contact me for a refund or replacement.
