    Everything in my shop is made with lots of attention to detail and true artistic integrity.

    Most of the items in my shop are made to order. The items which are pre-made are marked as Ready to Ship and will be shipped in a less than a week after your purchase. Custom orders are always welcome - please contact me for details using Etsy conversation tool. Current turnaround time for special requests is about 10 to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the project.

    Thank you for visiting my shop! Please read carefully the information below regarding payment, shipping and returns.

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - please contact me! We can work out an exchange, a refund or a store credit. It's easy!

    Being a a very small business, I put a lot of effort , love and personal dedication into each and every item I make and therefore cannot accept returns on made-to-order items, but will be happy to make the necessary adjustments if possible- don't hesitate to ask!
    This does not apply to all pre-made, ready-to-ship items, which can be returned for a 85% refund and must be mailed back within 7 days of delivery confirmation. The item must be in unused and unwashed condition with original tag/label intact. All items sold at a discount or SALE price are final sales with no returns or exchanges. NO exceptions.

    • Any refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made (minus shipping charges) as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped.

    I accept PayPal and credit cards thru PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account - no problems! - Click on the Paypal link and see that credit card payments are also accepted.

    Shipping
    I ship to the ETSY ADDRESS specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested.Please make sure your Etsy address is up to date ☺

    "Ready to Ship" items in my shop will be sent out 1-2 business days after your purchase.
    "Made to Order" items will be made and shipped 1-2 weeks,after your purchase, depending on complexity of the item(s) I will keep you informed along the way.
    ** Most of the listings are shipped with a regular post to keep the cost to a minimum. If you would like an insurance and tracking# with your order, please let me know.
    If insurance and tracking is not purchased, and your order goes missing, I cannot be held responsible for replacement.

    I can make an item you would like to purchase in any size. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing.

    Do you sell inserts for your pillows?

    I no longer offer inserts for my pillows. This is due to a high shipping costs from Canada.
    But I make pillows in standard sizes for which inserts can be easily purchased in your local fabric store or craft store near you. :)
