Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.

CARRIER We ship via insured USPS Priority mail or Parcel Select unless another carrier is requested. We do not refund shipping costs for packages returned as unclaimed.

PACKAGING To offer our customers the lowest price possible we use standardized packaging purchased in bulk. All of our prices are calculated using our standardized packaging. By purchasing any of our listings you agree to have your items shipped using our standardized packaging. Our standardized packaging results in 99.7% of orders arriving undamaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS For items damaged in shipping we require one photo of the damaged merchandise. After receiving the photo we will immediately reship or refund.

INTERNATIONAL buyers are responsible for any applicable Tariffs, Duties, or Taxes. International buyers may have to pay Tariffs, Duties, or Taxes to retrieve their items from customs in the destination country. For items damaged in shipping the buyer is required to report the damage to their local post office before receiving a refund or replacements. Buyers who choose to have their items shipped to an export agency accept all liability for items damaged in shipping. We cannot insure our packages against damage caused by your export agency. Using an export agency adds risk that we cannot mitigate, risk we will not take responsibility for.
Refunds and Exchanges
The buyer has 30 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). The item will be refunded.
