5 out of 5 starsTook a very long time and had to pay a little extra for shipping to get it here, because the first was lost in the mail, but this was beyond the store's control and I appreciate their business.

5 out of 5 starsThe patch is excellent quality and I’m happy with it. It is also WAY larger than I was expecting so, reminder to read those measurements! The patch will still be utilized but not as I had originally intended.

5 out of 5 starsThese are great! Jeans are expensive and more than that they are a resource; we MUST be sustainable; stop overconsuming. Thus when my boyfriends jeans knee wears out; I patch them! When they blow out a final time I will probably save the patch and sew it on the next pair of jeans needing it! Thank you for making materials organic! End Ecocide!!!

That's me selling at an artist showcase at a gallery in Manhattan.

At a street fair in Brooklyn taking a break from selling my designs. My favorite vintage dress.
Creating beautiful designs one stitch at a time.
I am a full time artist working with embroidery and crochet.I am also a mom of a very talented and beautiful 15 year old daughter Dahlia Soleil, attending fashion high school, who is quite happy to be surrounded by lots of fabric, yarn, thread and all the bells and whistles I use to create my work.
I have this vision ... which I knew would take me years to acquire the skills and training to manifest.I want to create this artistic piece that translates one of my photographs into a tangible work of art involving my crochet designs and my embroidery designs.A mosaic of sorts.I feel like I'm 75% there.I am still honing my digitizing skills to learn to translate lines and fillings with thread and I am constantly learning new crocheting techniques so that I can build the foundation for this grand story I will tell some day.Quite a beautiful journey.

My inspiration for my business started with the birth of my daughter Dahlia Soleil in 2002.My grandmother had taught me to crochet as a child growing up in Barbados and I've been crocheting for over 31 years.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a difference between iron on and sew on patches?
There is no difference between iron on and sew on patches in my shop. They both have iron on adhesive at the back that can be sewn through with a sewing needle or sewing machine. All patches can be ironed, glued or sewn on. You will receive iron on instructions for all patches ordered even if you choose "sew on" from the drop down menu.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing times are the times I need to make the order. Shipping estimates are the times the postal service takes to get the order to you. For example, if you order on Monday and my processing times are 1-3 business days, your order may be dropped off to the post office on Wednesday. All orders are being mailed from Barbados and take 2 or more weeks to arrive via first class international mail. Please choose registered mail upgrade during checkout for tracking options. Standard mail is stamps with no tracking.
Most delivery delays are caused by addresses with incorrect or missing information, please double check your address for errors during checkout to ensure timely delivery.
What can I use the patch for?
Patches can be used to cover a tear, hole or worn section on an item. You can add a pop of color to your favorite jersey, t-shirt, hat or backpack. Iron on patches are ideal for mending, reinforcing and decorating many different applications.
