Accepted payment methods
All orders are shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed by 2pm EST will usually ship the same day.

(No shipping on Tuesday or Saturday)
Tracking information will be sent by email at time of shipment. We ship USPS or FedEx. No local pickup. Expedited and combined shipping are available at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times/Delivery Estimates are NOT GUARANTEED - even with Expedited/Rush Shipping Options. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
►Unverified Shipping Addresses/Incorrect Shipping Addresses◄
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and USPS verified mailing address. If you notice the error after your order is placed please contact us, and we would be happy to make the correction. Please note: Addresses that are unverified with USPS, are considered unconfirmed and incorrect by the USPS. Shipping to an unconfirmed address could delay the shipment.
Should your package be Returned to Sender, you will be notified and have the option to have the order sent to a different address or cancel and receive a refund minus the original shipping cost. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship your order.
International orders ship by USPS First Class Mail International, and typically take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Orders are occasionally delayed by customs, or other circumstances, which can interfere with delivery times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.

Refunds and Exchanges
Fill out the return form included with your order, and send to the noted mailing address. The item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of ship date, and the customer is responsible for return shipping (If the item is defective - there is no charge for return shipping). Item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, and send you a confirmation email.

►Damaged or defective items◄
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Notification past the 30 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Please email us at support[!at]daileedose.com prior to returning any damaged or defective items.
