Every product we create is Hand-crafted and given the greatest of care, using only Reclaimed and Recycled woods and materials, as made available to us. Our products are meticulously designed with YOU in mind by producing durable wooden products built to last. Each detailed item is uniquely shaped and built for your pleasure, knowing that you are receiving the utmost of quality!

From Birdhouses, Bird Feeders, Garden Stakes, Flower boxes, and Step Stools, etc., Daily Cross Designs products are made in the USA and are Original, Exclusive Designs, ONLY available through us. We guarantee that every item we sell has been Hand-crafted by us.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and money orders.
Items are built upon receiving each order and takes anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks depending on the amount and detail of order. They will ship as soon as completed and payment is cleared.

While we make every effort to contact you regarding payment, if we do not receive a response from you withing five (5) days from your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction. Likewise we also reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction if acknowledgment is made but payment is still not received within a total of ten (10) days from your order.
Shipping
IN THE USA:
Items are shipped using Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. Items should arrive two (2) to three (3) days from shipdate if shipped to a location within the continental USA. Packages shipped to locations in the USA come with tracking / delivery confirmation numbers which appear in your paypal account once the item has been shipped. This charge and any handling fees are already included in the price of shipping. Feel free to check with us on the shipping charges as they can vary sometimes depending on where the item is being shipped to and the weight of the product by providing a zip code and we will get back to you with a final charge.

OTHER COUNTRIES:
We offer both Priority Mail and First Class International Mail. Most shoppers prefer First Class International Mail only because it is about half the cost. Items are shipped First Class International by default and usually arrive between six (6) to ten (10) business days (Monday-Friday) from the shipdate. Tracking of packages for international shipments is extra and is not included by default. Please contact us before ordering to tell us you want tracking added to your international shipment. Any Customs or Duty Fees become the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is number one. We strive to make your shopping experience with us a pleasurable one and hope that we see you return to our store time and time again.

It is your responsibility to unpack and inspect all items once you have received them. If you find damage to an item or missing parts, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve it for you. If an item is found in the shipment that has been damaged, it must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will then refund or replace the item based on availability. We may ask you to return the item to us. Should we ask you to return the item, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and box and you are responsible for shipping charges on returning the item to us.
