Thank you for taking the time to review my updated policies. If you do not see the answer to your question below, please contact me and I will be happy to help you out. I try to answer most emails within 24 hours.

ღ I offer both infant snap and no slip toddler/adult alligator clips. Clips that are sold as a pair can be purchased as slingle clips as well. Just covo me for a custom listing. I can also mix and match clip sets!ღ

ღ Please let me know if you need a bow/clip made to be worn on the right or left side of your little one's head. If nothing is said, the clip will be made as shown in pictures.ღ

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Dainty Diva's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the postal service. This is why I offer insurance for orders.ღ I carefully package every item with the thought in mind of how I would like to receive products. I pay attention to detail as I am crafting your item and take great pride in my work.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I will work with you until 100% satisfaction is achieved. Please contact me with your concern prior to leaving feedback and I will gladly work with you. Refunds will not be given to items lost or damaged by the postal service.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept payment of cash, credit, or check via Pay Pal. I no longer accept money orders. Items will not be mailed until payment has cleared so please keep that in mind if you pay via echeck through Pay Pal. Echecks generally take 3-5 days to clear and up to 10-14 days if outside of the U.S.

Q: How long can I wait to pay for my purchase?
A: Payment must be sent within 2 days. Please contact me if you need more time than that and I will work with you. Communication is important and much appreciated.
If payment isn't made within 2 days with no notifications, I will contact Etsy and the item will be relisted.

***TRANSACTION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH PAY PAL! The checkout process through Etsy does not mean you made payment! Please log onto Pay Pal to complete the transaction and make payment. If you need help with this matter please contact me and I will guide you through the process.
Q: What is the status of my order? When will my order ship?:
A: Please allow me 3-5 days to make your order if you purchase hair accessories or leg warmers. Custom outfits can take up to 3 weeks. ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOM HANDMADE TO ORDER!
Once I print out your shipping label, Pay Pal will generate an email with the delivery confirmation number. THIS IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER but it does give you an update on delivery time status. To check it, please log onto your email account and click on the shipping link Pay Pal has sent to you.

Q: What methods do you use for shipping?
A: I ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation on all U.S. orders. *Please see below for additional info on International Shipping. Delivery time typically takes 3-5 business days once I put your order in the mail. Please keep in mind during the holiday season that the postal service may be slower than usual.

Q: Do you offer Priority Shipping or Rush Shipping?
A: Yes, I do offer Priority Shipping for an additional charge in most cases. PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER to see if I can help you with your purchase! As I stated before, items are made to order so even if you need items shipped Priority, I still need the time to make them. That is why I kindly ask for you to contact me first so I can give you an estimate on how long it will take me to get your rush order out to you.ღAll custom clothing is shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Q: How do you package your items?
A: All of my items are shipped in boxes to avoid damage. My items are sent with my own unique label packaging and neatly wrapped. I constantly change my label/technique so repeat customers get a surprise each order.ღI also had other shops purchase items from me to duplicate my technique. Because of this, I like to change things now and again to be unique and stand out from the crowd.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes I do. I am currently in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy with little ones at home, I only ship outside the U.S. once or twice a week. Because of this, I keep shipping costs low. An email will be sent to you via Pay Pal with your customs form #. If one is not generated to you, please contace me and I will gladly email it to you. This is not a tracking number but can help you locate your items if they are stuck in customs. If want a tracking number for your order, you must pay for upgraded Express Shipping outside the U.S. Keep in mind this is expensive so costs will be high.

Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: Yes I do for an additional charge. I highly recommend purchasing insurance. Below are the standard fees via the USPS.
