SHIPPING IS ALWAYS CHARGED on orders. EVEN if Etsy states its free. Shipping isn't free. It of course isn't charged on a deposit but once the item is ready to ship your balance will include shipping.
I always refund extra shipping charges over a dollar .
NO cancellations once your order is placed. Back orders happen occasionally that are out of my control. I will NOT refund if this happens to an order once you place it. I order accordingly and can't be responsible for things getting pushed back due to the distributors I order from. If you ask me to cancel I will NOT. Please do not order if this might be an issue with you.

Once an item is shipped from here it's out of my control as to what the post office does or how they handle the item. I can not be responsible for that. If you'd like extra padding on your item please let me know and there will be an additional charge for shipping. If this is an issue please do not order.

I will also do special orders and custom orders.

Thank you for stopping by my shop. I hope you find something you can't live without. If you don't see what you need, please let me know. Usually I can order it for you. On large orders I also do payment plans, just ask.
Please make sure you look at the description details of an item before ordering. It's very important that you read that and know what you are ordering. All the details for each item will be listed there.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
No returns or refunds on any items purchased. PLEASE read product description before ordering. I have a few that tell me they didn't know certain info. You must read the description of the product before ordering it. Some are on order, some are a deposit or presale your making. I will not refund you because you didn't read the description. Please make sure you read it.
Payment
We accept credit cards and PayPal.
I have a pet friendly home. We have two dogs. Please be aware if you are alergic to animals.
No cancellations of orders and no returns on orders.
I try to ship per my shipping terms. Due to an abundance of orders it may be delayed. If you need it soon please send me a message and I will see if I can get it out quicker.
Shipping
I ship Priority on most orders. Some smaller items I send First Class. You can always request Priority if you'd like your order faster. Just know that First Class orders may take me a couple days longer because I do take them to the Post Office.
If you don't want First Class please let me know. IF you want a tracking number please let me know. First Class tracking will be an additional charge to you.
