SHIPPING IS ALWAYS CHARGED on orders. EVEN if Etsy states its free. Shipping isn't free. It of course isn't charged on a deposit but once the item is ready to ship your balance will include shipping.
I always refund extra shipping charges over a dollar .
NO cancellations once your order is placed. Back orders happen occasionally that are out of my control. I will NOT refund if this happens to an order once you place it. I order accordingly and can't be responsible for things getting pushed back due to the distributors I order from. If you ask me to cancel I will NOT. Please do not order if this might be an issue with you.
Once an item is shipped from here it's out of my control as to what the post office does or how they handle the item. I can not be responsible for that. If you'd like extra padding on your item please let me know and there will be an additional charge for shipping. If this is an issue please do not order.
I will also do special orders and custom orders.
Additional shipping may be charged if needed. I calculate as best I can.

3 out of 5 starsIt certainly isn’t worth the price. Used it today, and I wasn’t really impressed. It is heavy, which is ok, but it seemed to me like the blade was dull. I had to keep cutting over the same place many times.

3 out of 5 starsItem arrived as described. The reason for 3 stars is it took a week to ship. I actually ordered the Mondo and Midi from Amazon when I realized it didn't ship as quickly as I hoped it would (and had both patterns in 2 days).. I received a message from shop owner a week after I purchased, said that they were on vacation and would ship the day she returned. There was no mention that she was on vacation when I placed the order on her Etsy page besides a message from last year in June going out of town. The page insists that she does not give refunds, so I didn't ask for one or to cancel the order. Ultimately, the pattern arrived on the last day of expected delivery.. To be perfectly clear, the 3 stars is for the delay in shipping as well as the communication on the page to let people know they were not shipping during a certain time

I have a pet friendly home. We have two dogs. Please be aware if you are alergic to animals.
No cancellations of orders and no returns on orders.
I try to ship per my shipping terms. Due to an abundance of orders it may be delayed. If you need it soon please send me a message and I will see if I can get it out quicker.

If you don't want First Class please let me know. IF you want a tracking number please let me know. First Class tracking will be an additional charge to you.
