We currently accept PayPal for purchases.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed we will ship your precious accessories within 3-5 business days. Items will be shipped using USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. USPS First Class Mail states delivery time is 2-5 business days.
If you need a faster delivery service (i.e. Priority (typically 2-3 business days) or Express (1-2 days) let us know before you purchase your items and we will adjust the shipping rates accordingly. Unfortunately shipping times are not guaranteed as we have no control over them once they leave our hands.
International Orders have been taking approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please allow for delays caused by Customs inspections. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by DaisyLeeDesigns. These fees are specific for the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. The shipping and handling fee applied by DaisyLeeDesigns at checkout does NOT cover any duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you enjoy your item(s) as much as we have enjoyed making them. However, if you have any concerns after receiving your purchase(s) please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and together we will figure out if a re-make, repair, or refund is best for you.
For damaged items, please send a picture, so we can improve to ensure that doesn't happen again. Then we can decide on a remake or repair.
For buyer's remorse - and we have all been there - please contact us within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the item after it has been returned and received in the same condition it was sent. You, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping, but will be refunded the cost of the item.
Custom orders are not refundable.
