I can't stop crafting.

Really. I tried. It seems I have to try a little of everything. As a result occasionally you will find an "odd" craft that doesn't seem to fit here. Oh well. I am who I am. I have been sewing, painting and crafting since childhood. I have been selling my creations for over 20 years now. And I still love it now as much as when I started.

My current obsessions include quilts and art quilts. Honestly, this particular love has stayed with me the longest other than painting. It combines my love for color and design perfectly along with my long-time love of sewing.

If you are allergic to animals you should know I occasionally bring my pets with me to my studio (including Daisy). If you love pets, I will be adding some stuff for them so add me to your favorites!

If you have any questions about this store or any of my handmade items please ask! You can always follow our blog. I forget from time to time to update it ... ooops...
Have a Daisy May Day!

My studio was named after my sweet Daisy May so I thought it was appropriate to include her. Daisy was a rescue. I thought I was rescuing her but as it turned out she rescued me. She can often be found keeping me company while I sew, paint and craft.

Yep, that's me! It's a boring picture of me but it's me. I make and do most everything here in my studio but Daisy tends to take most of the credit until something goes wrong. ;) You can follow whats going on in our studio @ www.daisymaydays.com

Frequently asked questions
Memory Quilts - What kind of fabric can be included in my quilt?

Almost any fabric can be used. However, I do not recommend wool, thick canvas or heavy/thick fabrics. Cotton and flannel work very well for quilts and t-shirts can be stabilized and used also. If you do choose to include wool items please be aware that you may need to dry clean your quilt. Many wool items are not machine washable and may shrink considerably. This could ruin your quilt. Fabric should be pre-washed before sending and checked for color bleeding.
