Zoe Hearts Jewellery started many years ago as a hobby that I seriously wanted to make a business from. It's taken years of fine tuning my design style, and after finally taking my creating seriously and also being re-named a fair few times, I feel I am finally there.

The idea behind Zoe Hearts Jewellery is a simple one. To create jewellery and accessories that are both gorgeous and affordable. All pieces are handmade by myself to the highest standard with a huge amount of love and care.

I also love custom orders. Making special one off pieces that are as unique and as beautiful as the people that order them. So if you see something you like but would like it in a different colour, or size, just message me and I will be more than happy to help.

Yes, I'm happy to put an items/s on hold for you for up to 2 weeks. Please contact me to arrange this.
Shipping
----------------------------- DISPATCH TIMES -----------------------------

I always aim to get your purchase sent out as quickly as possible. Usually it is within 4 business days Monday to Friday. Personalised items may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped out, but this will be discussed with you prior to building the custom order.

I will send you a notification when your item has shipped - this will go to the email address that you signed up to Etsy with.

----------------------------- SHIPPING TIMES -----------------------------

The ESTIMATED delivery times from dispatch are:

• UK - First Class post 3-5 business days.
• US/Canada/Australia - standard airmail - 10 - 15 business days.
• Europe - 4 - 10 business days
• Rest of world - 6 - 16 business days

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Priority Mail I cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.

----------------------------- SHIPPING COSTS -----------------------------

The shipping charge is £2.50 (uk) All items are individually gift boxed.

The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like this service at an additional cost of £6.00 - please contact me to arrange this.

----------------------------- LOST PACKAGES -----------------------------

It is very rare that a package is lost - in nearly 400 sales I have only had 2 go missing. If you are concerned about your order please contact me in the first instance.

Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 25 business days have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.

If your item has been lost then I will of course send a replacement but please bear in mind that I cannot do this until 25 business days have passed.

----------------------------- ADDITIONAL INFO -----------------------------

I obtain a certificate of posting for all packages.

All international packages have a customs declaration. I cannot mark items as gifts - this is illegal.

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you'll be happy with your purchase but I appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unworn) item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.

I cannot issue refunds for items that have been worn unless they are faulty.

I'm sorry but I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me. Items must be returned unworn and in in the original gift box.
Additional policies and FAQs
To make it easy for gift giving all items are beautifully presented in beautiful recycled gift boxes. Gift wrapping is also available in store.

Most pieces can be lengthened or shortened to your requirements - please contact me to discuss.

Some custom orders will also take more time than others. For bridal orders please make sure that you order well in advance as they can take up to 3 weeks to complete during busy periods and I want them to arrive in plenty of time for you.
