► ► PRINT & ORNAMENT PRODUCTION & SHIP TIMES
Prints & Ornaments are custom made to order in 3-5 days (plus ship time). Ship times are listed below. Please remember, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as we have no control over delivery once shipped.
USA STANDARD SHIPPING:
3-10 business days ship time (plus production time)
USA PRIORITY SHIPPING:
3-5 business days ship time (plus production time)
INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. International orders can be delayed by Customs and is often not tracked outside the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees & taxes.
► ► BOOK PRODUCTION & SHIP TIMES
Personalized books take 8-10 days plus ship times listed below. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates as we have no control over delivery once shipped, also any mail service is just an estimate and may be delayed.
USA STANDARD SHIPPING:
FedEx 3-5 business days (plus production time)
USA 2-DAY SHIPPING:
UPS 2 business days (plus production time)
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. International orders can be delayed by Customs and is often not tracked outside the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees & taxes.

All orders are processed in the order they arrive. While we do offer expedited shipping during checkout, this does not move those orders to the front of our production queue. Expedited shipping only applies to transit time.
We recommend placing the order well in advance of the event to avoid disappointment. Please remember we can never guarantee exact delivery dates.
► ► RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All our products are made-to-order and often personalized. We are therefore unable to offer returns on our products. It is important to ensure the spelling, grammar, colors etc. are correct on your order.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. If your item has already gone into production we may be unable to make the changes or accept the cancellation.

Book sales include the book only, pens flowers and other items shown for staging purposes are not included.
All prints are sold unframed.
Colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed art.
