We are so grateful to the hundreds of thousands of women and men who have offered their support, ideas, passion, encouragements, fitting suggestions, and voices to help to make our corsets, bodices, skirts, and new men's line BETTER every year!

It is my dream to make it to more events, play dress up with more delightful patrons, and to have even more positive interactions than ever before!

I am grateful to have an etsy shop, where so many people have found us for the first time and given us a chance! I'm confident that when you measure correctly, communicate lovingly, and seek for the best fit, you will find it by buying online with us! I have an assistant that answers emails every single day so that I can do my best work sewing and give you both quality and service. I estimate that I have spent over 49,000 hours sewing these pieces (I truly don't sew anything else. This is what makes my heart sing!) so when you buy from me, you're also getting all of that experience and knowledge for an incredible price!

We are committed to making the dang sexiest corsets on earth at a spectacular price for the durable and beautiful quality that you receive. We strive to give the best customer service possible (I even hired my assistant to answer emails full time so I can sew and work faster. I was answering etsy conversations for 6-8 hours a day before I hired her!!!) We answer all of our etsy conversations on a daily basis, except for Sunday. We want to be a good company to work with, and we want to be your friend and only source for corsets.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We DO NOT accept refunds but we do want to make sure you get a corset that will fit and we'll work with you to make sure that happens. Imagine running a costume company where someone purchases something , wears it to their event, and then contacts us and makes up an excuse for wanting a refund. We HAVE had it happen, and it's not cool.
You are responsible for reading the entire listing, following the detailed instructions for measuring your body, and then communicating with us if you need any additional help.
We will GLADLY exchange or alter any corset that does not fit when you receive it. You will need to pay for postage both ways, unless it was our mistake(in which case, we certainly will pay the shipping!).
Smaller companies don't operate like Wal-Mart. Once we get money, we re-invest it into our company, and we literally can't afford refunds from people who won't read the information carefully.
Shipping
We try to always package and ship pre made items within a few days after they are paid for. We use Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 business days, and has been very reliable considering how many packages we've shipped. However, each listing has a shipping policies button that will give you the time frame for that item and I will do my best to get it done within that time frame.

As for international packages, we ship via US Postal Service, and they don't provide detailed tracking info once it gets to your country. Most international packages take 7-14 days to get to you. We have no control over the customs fees that your country charges, and we don't appreciate customers asking us to blatantly lie on the customs forms so they don't have to pay as much. Let's all be honest, decent human beings.

We know that this policy page may sound really..uh..harsh, but we have had horrifying amounts of stress due to people simply not reading about the items that they're paying hundreds of dollars for.
