Handmade, nature inspired, ceramic tiles, bowls and jewellery.

All items are made by me, Marieanne Cavaciuti in my pottery in England. I love to work outside and often use real plants in my ceramics to reflect the beauty of the natural world.
We are based in beautiful countryside near Axminster on the borders of Devon, Dorset and Somerset.

I love to wrap each item as a gift, using recycled card boxes and paper;
re-using outer packaging and boxes as much as possible. If you can re-use or recycle your wrapping when your parcel arrives that would be great; to help keep this wonderful world beautiful!

Hi and welcome to Damson Tree Pottery; all items are made by me Marieanne Cavaciuti from earthenware clay, with a wide range of colourful or subtle and crackled glazes.
Everything is made with loads of fun and love, inspired by the beauty of the natural world.

Please note; All metal, clay and glazes are nickel, lead and cadmium free.

Payment

Welcome to damson tree pottery !
You can pay by card through Etsy's direct checkout or by Paypal ;
just select your preferred option at the checkout.

Shipping

All items are made and shipped by me Marieanne Cavaciuti in my pottery England.

Extra items have reduced SHIPPING costs.
FREE SHIPPING on extra jewellery or small items.

SHIPPING: I will post in 1-5 working days of payment being received - unless you specially request fast delivery / or 'Made to order'.
It may occasionally take a little longer at busy times due to volume of orders!

Usual Time to arrive from dispatch:
UK 1-2 days
Europe 3-5 days
USA and Canada 5 days to 2 weeks
Australia 1-3 weeks
Everywhere else depends on your postal system.

(At peak Holiday times it takes longer)

MADE TO ORDER: Items which are 'made to order' will take 4-6 weeks to make, but contact me for details as some items may be nearly ready.

GIFTS: Everything will be gift wrapped beautifully and safely.
I use recycled packaging as much as possible and usually put small items in gift boxes or bags.

If you want your ceramics delivered to the receiver of a gift - I can write your words in a card for them at no extra cost. Write note in 'message to seller'

DUTIES : Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred above normal postage costs depending on your country's policies (very unlikely with such small items but possibly on very large custom orders.)

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will love your pottery, but please contact me if you are unhappy when you receive your item, then you can send it back to me within 14 days. I will refund in full or exchange the item upon it's safe return, in its original package if possible.
Please note: Return shipping fees cannot be refunded unless there is damage.

If an item is broken on arrival, there is no need to return, just send a photo within a few days and I can replace or refund, whatever is best for you.
Hopefully everything will arrive in order and you will enjoy your purchase!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love to make personalised custom orders, or any items in my shop in another colour glaze. These will of course have to be made specially, so will take 4-6 weeks to make and dispatch, or longer for large quantities, unless you want them urgently which may cost a little bit more.

Insurance is according to UK law.
