Jewelry and Accessories for the Bohemian at Heart

I've made my own accessories for as long as I can remember, and was introduced to Etsy by my mother in 2009. I opened my shop within a week's time, and have loved every minute of it!

I have been happily married since 2008, and we both work way too much. We have a cat, Isis, who is adorable and completely ridiculous. She likes to play fetch, roll around in the bathtub, and is terrified by balloons.

I do have an office in our house, but I have a bad habit of dragging everything into the living room at night so I can work while I spend time with my husband.

And I have to confess - "DanaCastle" is a combination of my first and middle names. In my family, the oldest child gets their mother's maiden name as their middle name. I absolutely feel like I hit the middle name jackpot.

I generally do not refund or exchange items, unless something is defective with the item. This is for hygenic reasons, as well as the fact that many of my pieces are custom taylored to the buyer's wants and needs.

However, I want to make sure that each and every buyer is happy with their purchase. If there is something wrong, please let me know right away.

I accept both PayPal and credit cards/debit cards.

If you live in Wisconsin 5.6% tax will applied to your order.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 2-8 business days of receiving payment. Payment must be received within 2 days of placing the order, or I will cancel the sale. I generally ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, but will ship additional days of the week when there is a large volume of sales.

*** Large custom orders ***
These orders may take more time, so please convo me for a shipping timeline. Certain custom orders may take as long as 8-15 business days to ship.

*** Shipping ***
The shipping and handling also includes the materials (ie - box, packing tape, etc) that I need to actually ship the item.

I ship everything First Class Mail via USPS in a sturdy box. If you would like to purchase insurance, just let me know.

If you live within the US, you will receive a delivery confirmation number. Unfortunately, I cannot get delivery confirmation on purchases that are made from buyers living outside of the US.

I ship to the address that you provide here on Etsy. If you need me to ship to another address, please let me know.

If you need a faster form of shipment, just let me know, and we can arrange another way for shipping for an additional cost.

*** International Buyers ***
Be advised, shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 25 business days, depending on the country (as per the USPS website). This is the standard shipping method which does not include tracking or a guaranteed arrival time. Sometimes packages can get held up in customs, and delivery can take longer when this happens. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

*** Customs ***
I cannot declare anything purchased from my shop as a "gift" on the customs form. This is illegal.

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to find out if there will be additional costs and what they will be before buying.
