I'm so excited to finally been able to purchase this necklace! It's absolutely gorgeous in person and I never want to take it off. It looks great with everything I wear and the 18" length is perfect. Thank you so much for this beautiful necklace. The bird in flight has special meaning for me and to have such a magnificent artist to create such a gorgeous piece is more than I could ever have hoped for.

Shipping
I use a USPS Priority mail small flat rate box for shipping jewelry inside the USA.
This gives us tracking and insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
USA orders:
I do give a full refund on jewelry shipped within the USA. I do not return the shipping charge and the buyer will be expected to pay for return shipping which will include a tracking number and full insurance coverage. Also I would appreciate notification within 3 days of receipt that you are returning the item. If the item has been damaged by the buyer, I cannot give a refund.
INTERNATIONAL:
I do not issue refunds on jewelry shipped outside of the USA. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will file an insurance claim. On International claims I have to wait 40 days before filing a claim. The buyer would then have to file an online affidavit stating that they did not receive the item or that it was damaged. Then it may take a few weeks for the claim to be paid out to me. Then I will refund the money to the buyer.
