My philosophy is to create unique, cute but not overly elaborate little critters who, on one hand, remind of the popular "trashy style plushies" that have conquered the market lately, but still remain recognizable as an own "brand".
All items are unique, however reproductions can be made. There is no guarantee though that a reproduction will match its model perfectly. All are handmade, no sewing machine is used.
Dancehall Phantoms must always represent a lovable piece of craft. Hence they're only made when Anna is in the mood, in order to not repeat the mistake she'd made with drawing and painting: Turning into a productive, yet little original art machine. Dancehall Phantoms are made while watching TV, listening to boring classes, sitting on a train, waiting for a flight, during hospitalization etc.
Dancehall Phantoms come in all shapes and colors, random buttons, pendants and beads are used and sometimes what was supposed to be a kitty, ends up an Al Quaida fighter.
Dancehall Phantoms are not toys! They will not withstand any heavy-duty use beyond your daily keychain duty. Washing should be done carefully by hand. They may look rough, but they're fragile little things!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Payment is expected within 10 days upon order confirmation. After that, you will be contacted as to whether or not you're still planning to purchase the item; if not, the item goes back on sale.
Cancellations are acceptable as long as no payment has been made. No refunds after that!
Items are packed in your usual padded envelope or a small cardboard box, depending on size and fragility.
There are shipping flat rates marked with the items. For example, the average keychain costs $5 to ship. If I have to buy an envelope or mail an unusually heavy keychain that has had its shipping listed as $5, it's just my tough luck. If the item happens to be lighter, or the envelopes unusually cheap, you may have paid a pence or two too much. However, alltogether you can always reckon shipping and handling will be around the indicated amount. Also, if I have to weigh each order individually first before being able to give you a shipping quote, the waiting time goes up, up, up...
