Sewing was my first love and my first small steps toward authenticity as I chose fabrics and tailored my own clothing. Sewing opened the doors to building my own business making custom canvas for boats.

When my niece gave me a blank book made from an old scrabble board, I decided to add bookbinding to my sewing repertoire. Then, inspired by assemblage artist Morgan Brig, I started including vintage items in my books and began seriously collecting. As my collection grew, so did my imagination. That led to larger assemblages which required that I delve into the art of photography.

To me, life is about learning, growing, exploring. About finding new ways to make life artful... from cooking to dressing to creative conversations. And here, in my shop Stella Sundays, are the results. I hope you will enjoy them.
