    I really want you to love your Dancing Tree Creation, so please read all info about the item you are ordering, and ask as many questions as necessary.
    Each high quality piece is designed, hand cut, and sewn with loving attention to detail by me. I strive for consistency, but since it is handmade, each piece may be ever so slightly different. Washing instructions are on the tag. All natural fiber materials are pre washed and dried.
    Swatches are available on request.
    I work with alot of sparkly fabrics, so please don't be alarmed if your item has a few flecks of glitter on it. It will wash out!!
    The easiest way to measure your inseam is to use a pair of pants that you like the length of. Measure from the center of the crotch down to the bottom of the leg.
    I can do costumes for dance troupes and Carnaval.

    Please if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    Stock sizes may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days in new condition, not worn, or washed. No scents or pet hair. Alterations are free. You pay postage on all returns, unless I made a mistake. Some custom sizes and styles are not returnable but I will alter if they don't fit. If you have a problem with something, please send me a convo, and we can work it out. I want you to be happy with your order. :)
    Payment
    Payment is due at the time of order.
    I accept paypal and credit cards over the phone.
    Please be aware that echecks can take up to 7 days to clear, and I will not ship until they have.
    Shipping
    If I have an item in stock, (and I do have many), it will ship within 3 working days. If I have to make it for you, please allow up to 7 days plus shipping time, tho it's usually much less. I try to be timely so let me know if you have special needs!
    Shipping time in the US is usually 1-4 days.
    Overseas shipping generally takes 7-20 days, averaging 10.
    I use recycled packaging for shipping whenever possible. I currently "rescue" seconds from a mailer factory near me there would otherwise end up in the trash.
    Items are shipped USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Mailing methods can be upgraded if needed. If you order more than one item, sometimes the etsy calculator way over charges. If that is the case I will issue you a refund for shipping overcharges.
    The USPS does not offer tracking on all overseas packages. I assume no responsibility for non delivery or damage of international orders. I have mailed many things overseas with good results.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Orders of over $300 receive a 10% discount. Sorry I don't do consignment, please contact me if you are interested in a wholesale account.
