I get a lot of emails and convos and I am a full-time mom to an toddler and a special needs child. Though I try to respond to everything in a timely manner, sometimes I don't think I get back to everything. If you order a "Pick 5" I will email it out to you within 48 hours of purchase to the email address you have associated with etsy. I am a stay-at-home mom to a very active toddler and I only have a chance to check email about once a day and sometimes less. If you want your "Pick 5" faster, you can order it via Ravelry.com where you will have instant access, http://www.ravelry.com/stores/rebecca-danger-designs. If you order a "Pick 5" here on etsy, then order on Ravelry to get it faster, just let me know you have done so, and I will cancel and refund your etsy order.
If you order one of my books you will receive shipping confirmation within 48 hours of purchase and your book will be to you about 3-5 days after that.
If you need your patterns sent to a different address than the one listed with etsy, please email me. INSTANT DOWNLOAD items that need to be sent to a different email address that the one on file with etsy will be sent within 48 hours of purchase.
