Announcement    Lampwork is one of my favourite forms of relaxation, I never claim to make anything that is absolutely perfect and that's what I love about it, everything is beautiful in it's own way, perfect or not. My other pastime is playing Bluegrass banjo at which I am definitely nowhere near perfect !
All the beads are made by me in my basement studio, I use mainly Italian Effetre glass, Lauscha, CiM (Creation is Messy) and Kugler. They are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability. The measurements I give are approximate but I try very hard to be accurate. Also, I do try to show honest photographs of the beads, sometimes the colours are difficult to represent and I find it best just to say so rather than fiddle about too much with photoshop and give a misrepresentation.
As with all glass, the beads are susceptible to damage, or may cause injury, if they are mistreated or dropped. Beads can be a choking hazard too so please don't give them to children.
