Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including shipping) or exchange for another piece After item has been returned. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless I make a mistake on your order.
Regarding Personalized bags :
Custom and personalized orders are not refundable. If I make a mistake or misspelled in a name or message. I will be happy to re do it and send you a new one.

Shipping
Items ships Monday through Friday depending on processing time or sooner when I can - after payment is received and will arrive nicely packaged ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself.
Please contact me if you need your order in a hurry!!
Items ship USPS first class and generally arrive within 2-4 days in the US. International orders will take longer. I can ship priority (2-3 day) or express mail (1-2 day) upon request for an extra charge determined by location.
For International order: Buyer is responsible for any custom fees incurred.
Please let me know if you would like insurance on your package and I will send a revised invoice. I generally do not have any trouble with packages but will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
