Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I am no longer able to offer custom orders as my time has become very limited due to personal circumstances.
Care instructions
Spot clean for bags and accessories...I'd you must wash them, use cold water in the delicate cycle and hang up to air dry. Iron it on the cotton setting to remove wrinkles. For the animal accessories, wash in cool/warm water on delicate cycle, tumble dry low.

Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 10 or more items.
Will I be refunded the shipping for an item I am returning?
Yes. Once I receive the item, I will refund the shipping cost. Please refer to the "how refunds work" question for a more in depth answer.
General shipping info?
An item will usually be shipped between 1 and 3 business days unless unforeseen circumstances (such as: terrible weather or family emergency)
How do your returns work?
Returns work like this:
If you wish to return your item and have the sale refunded, you MUST ship the item back to me. No item, no refund. I will also refund shipping costs from the original purchase upon receiving the item. You have 7 days to request a refund/exchange from the day you receive the item. (I do have delivery confirmation and so I will know the delivery date) and 14 days to mail it back to me from the day you request a refund.
If the item is damaged from shipping, I must see the damage report filed with USPS before returning or exchanging the item.
If you did not receive your item and would like a replacement, I must see a lost/stolen item report filed with USPS before returning or exchanging the item.
Do you make all of these items yourself?
Yes. Every item you see was created,cut, pinned, and sewn by me, Jenna, the owner and creator of Dapper Cardinal.
