I wanted to get a time capsule-esque box for my friends' steampunk wedding that they could put memorabilia in and open in 5 or so years. Of course, I wanted it to be something they could leave out for display. I searched all over the interwebs, and the boxes I found were either too small or of mediocre craftsmanship. During one search, I came across a YouTube video demonstrating the features of a particular box. It matched my criteria perfectly. My excitement was a bit tempered when I saw that the vid was posted in 2009. I found the maker on Etsy and asked if he was still crafting them and, if so, if he'd be able make one in time for the wedding. Sure enough, this Dapper little Devil replicated the box I saw in the clip (planetary gears and all) and got it to me over two weeks before the wedding. Satisfied, indeedy.
