Born and raised in Texas, I am an active volunteer at the Austin Animal Shelter - the largest No-Kill shelter in the country. Dogs have a special place in my heart and I love creating fun dog collars that reflect the personalities of all furbabies.

Zeus is the inspiration behind Dapper Zeus Collars. I lost my best friend in 2014 and think of him when I create collars for my customers' furbabies.

Returns and exchange details
EXCHANGES - If the collar is not a proper fit for your pup, you may exchange for a different size. The collar must be returned, at your cost, within 30 days of purchase and must be in new/unwashed/unworn condition. Buyer responsible for costs incurred from shipment of replacement item. Please contact me before shipping item back.
RETURNS will be accepted on standard sizes within 30 days of purchase and must be in NEW/unwashed/unworn condition. (NO returns for custom sizes or used items.) ALL shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact me BEFORE sending your item back. Items returned before an agreement has been made may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS will be for purchase price only unless the order has not been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, shipping will refunded. NO REFUND on custom sizes if the item has already been made.
***Please note that I do not guarantee any items against excessive scratching, chewing or rough play. Please check your pet's collar regular for signs of wear and tear and replace if necessary. Wear and tear is to be expected as is with any item and Dapper Zeus is not liable or responsible for any injury or loss caused directly or indirectly by our products.
Refunds/Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days of purchase, on custom sizes, or if the item has been used.

*Sales tax applied to all Texas purchases.
*All international buyers are responsible for any customs fees
Shipping
All items are made to order. Please allow enough time for your item to be made and shipped. If you need an item by a certain date, I will do my best to accommodate your timeframe. Please contact me before placing your order so that I can check my turnaround time.
USA BUYERS- Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking number included once item ships. If your package does not arrive within the 3 weeks from the date of purchase, please contact me on Etsy so that I can assist in tracking your package.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- Please allow 3-8 weeks for delivery. Tracking number included once shipped and tracking information provided by USPS while the package is within the US. Once the package has left the United States, tracking will no longer be provided by USPS. You may incur additional fees (Customs Fees, VAT Taxes) upon delivery. Please refer to your country's shipping authority for the costs associated with the delivery of a package from the USA.
