All purchases must be paid for within 3 business days. If no payment is received, the sale will be canceled and your feedback may be affected. Please contact me immediately if you have made in errors in your order to avoid any miscommunication.
Most orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. Custom and commissioned items will take longer and a time line will be determined based on the order and needs of the customer.

Item will be mailed using USPS first class with delivery confirmation in the US. Upgraded shipping time and/or insurance are available: Priority Mail (2-3 days) and Express Mail (1-2 days). For Priority, Express or insured mail, please contact me and I will bill you the additional fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will be discussed on an individual basis. I strive to bring you the highest quality items possible. If for some reason you are unhappy with an item, please contact me. We will discuss what can be done. I'm more than willing to work with you to come to a reasonable solution.

Due to health considerations, earrings are not returnable.

If one of your items needs a repair within a year of purchase, feel free to ship it back to us for free repair. Customer pays shipping and handling charges.

If you have any questions before purchasing an item, please ask! You should know what you are spending your money on and I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome any and all commission work. I would love to work with you to create that unique item that you're dreaming of. Together we will discuss design, materials and budget. If I cannot create the specific item you want/need for any reason, I will do everything in my power to direct you to someone who can (and will). I want to ensure that you get the perfect piece for you.

Items very often have many variables, which you can tailor to suit your tastes. While I can't guarantee that all of the items in this shop can be duplicated exactly, most can be replicated in a very similar fashion to those pictured. Practically all items can be commissioned with alterations to suit your fancy or we can work together to custom design an item for you from scratch. From the size of the bead and color of the crystal in your earrings to the color and type of yarn in your scarf set to the dimensions of your messenger bag - your item can, and will, be totally personalized.

Once the design of your item has been finalized and materials have been priced and decided upon, I will require a deposit to cover material costs. Upon receipt of the deposit, I will begin creating your item.

Keep in mind, however, that commissions require additional time and may differ in price from a similar item listed in the journal. (Design, materials, quantity and labor will affect the price of your item.) If you are interested in commissioning an item, I will require additional time (time may vary) to finish your item and you should allow extra time for shipping. If you will need the commissioned item by or before a certain date make sure you plan accordingly and order in advance - the further in advance the better. (It's always better to have more time than less.)
