Buyer has 30 days upon receipt, to return an item for full refund less the cost of return shipping. To return an item, buyer must contact darkfireworks for return authorization. Return of funds will be processed upon receipt of the item in new/unused condition. Custom items or personalized items are not returnable.

Full payment is required via Paypal at time of purchase. Custom orders require payment up front and may require 1 to 2 weeks additional time. Some custom items require additional time as needed due to complexity or size. Buyer will be informed when more time is needed.

Shipping is usually done on the same day of payment before 5pm, or the next day before 10am the next day the post office is open. I ship via insured USPS, I will also include a tracking number as soon as I leave the post office(both of these services are included in the original shipping cost and add no additional fees). However, if you require next day air, the shipping cost will need to be adjusted.
If you're buying multiple items, you only pay for the shipping on the largest item, after that, shipping is free. So, say you buy a journal with a shipping of $6.00 and another listed with a shipping of $3.00. At checkout, you would only pay the $6.00 overall for the shipping of both items. The same works for items with the same size and shipping cost. So two journals with shipping costs of $5.00 each would combine into one transaction that includes the prices of both journals but only one shipping fee.
