5 out of 5 starsWow! I gave Reginald to my Chaply boyfriend for Christmas, and he just went wild for him--they have already had several good discussions over tea! We both thought thst Reginald was exquisitely, perfectly made, and you can really see his personality! Thank you!
About DarklandCreations
Crocheted Creatures and Huggable Horrors
Ever since I was a little kid, I've always loved plush toys. I used to arrange them around every available space in my bed so that I was completely surrounded by all kinds of stuffed animals. A few years ago, I bought a book on how to make monsters out of socks. After going through a few patterns and working on some amigurumi characters from another book, I decided I wanted to create my own designs.
Reginald Octavius Scuttleby was my first original amigurumi design. I saw a cartoon octopus with a derby hat and wanted to make something similar for my daughter. As I worked on him, I kept making one modification after another until he became something entirely new. That inspired me to come up with other designs, which lead to the concept of The Corpseweed Home for Monstrous Children. I'm currently working on other characters that all fall within one main story and would like to eventually release a picture book based on the lives of my creations. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I've always loved plush toys, especially dark and creepy ones. I really enjoy designing and making my own stuffed creations and am looking forward to sharing my visions with other plush fans.
