I have loved sewing and creating things from fabrics since I was a child. My mother let me help her at the sewing machine when I was just in elementary school. I began sewing my own clothing in junior high, and by high school, I was making most of my wardrobe.

I have dabbled with ways to earn money doing what I love ever since my children were small. I did clothing alterations for other people and, of course, sewed clothing for my own children (all 6 of them). I often had opportunities to sew at home for other small businesses.

When I discovered there was a community out there of women who love dolls combined with the ability to market online, the world opened up for me. At first, I was interested just to find out if I could sell something online. Now, years later, I have created clothing for all manner of dolls.
