Darling, be brave.
Hi there!
My name is Megan and I'm the face behind Darling Be Brave. I do everything from dreaming up patterns, to taking shop photos, to packaging items. I've always been a bit of a wallflower, a little too shy and timid, but now that I'm in my mid-twenties, I think it's high time that I start being brave, learning to embrace myself, and follow my dreams.
I grew up always wanting to learn to knit and crochet, watching my sweet grandmother in amazement as she always had a hook or a needle in hand. A few years ago, completely out of the blue, I bought a set of crochet hooks and several skeins of yarn and I haven't been able to put them down since! I've since taught myself to knit as well. I just love the feeling of creating anything I can dream of, taking a skein of yarn and transforming it into a basket or a beanie or a scarf.
Pursuing this job full time has been so rewarding. I love what I do. Nothing makes me happier than cozying up with a skein of yarn and creating treasures for people around the world.
Thank you all so much for helping me to become a little more brave and for giving me my dream job.

Please hand wash and hang/lay flat to dry all Darling Be Brave pieces. Reshape baskets as necessary to dry.

Please be aware that all my patterns, designs, and photos are copyright Darling Be Brave. Patterns are for personal use only meaning that the pattern itself is not to be redistributed, copied, or shared, in part or in whole, electronically or physically.
However, feel free to sell, in small quantities, your handmade pieces created from using my patterns, but I kindly ask for credit to be given to Darling Be Brave as the pattern designer by linking back to my shop or tagging me on social media.
How to Download a Pattern
As soon as your payment has processed, etsy will send you a download verification email. If you never received the email, try checking your spam or junk folder, and if you use gmail, try checking your "Social" and "Promotions" tabs.
