All drapes are custom made for you. As a standard policy, products once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want all our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products. Contact us within 10 days if you have any problems with our products. We will do our best to resolve them.

We accept payment through Paypal. No Paypal account necessary. You can use your credit card too while paying through Paypal. Order is not processed unless full payment is obtained. Order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 3 days of purchase. We ship to pay pal address please make sure that your mailing address matches your pay pal address

Because our items are custom made, an official order and payment must be received before we begin working on any given order.

In the event of a defect/damage, Darling Drapery will, at our discretion, refund, repair or re-make the item. Customer pays return shipping, unless there is a material defect/damage. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned
Drapes require 2-3 weeks processing time. The item is then mailed through USPS GROUND Shipping. . We take extra effort to put additional packaging to make sure your products do not get damaged during transit.
