I do my best to mail the orders as quickly as possible but once it’s in Canada Post hands, it’s pretty much out of my control. Still, it’s not unusual for packages to get a bit outta track or slowed down for whatever reason. It usually settle itself within 20 working days but if you feel weird about it, DON'T HESITATE to contact me.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

Welllllllll it depends... So let me know what you have in mind so we can chat about the possibilities.

SO I HEARD YOU USE RECYCLED MATERIAL?

- All of my greeting cards, postcards and 8x10 are printed on Neenah Moonrock cardstock (partially recycled and eco-responsable) and are packaged in plastic cello sleeve.
- My greeting cards comes with partially recycled envelopes
- The 18x24 posters are printed on Roland cardstock (partially recycled)

THE FORMAT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE, CAN YOU PRINT IT FOR ME ANYWAY?

Have you looked at my Society6 shop? (society6.com/darveelicious) They print in more format that I do in my studio. 'Cause chances are the price will vary if I do it myself since I have to take into account of the time/traveling/extra costs. But if this is no problem, do contact me for a submission.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER AT YOUR STUDIO?

My schedule is often unpredictable and I like it that way so I only allow pickup on rare occasions – and by appointment. If it’s about money, order on a DARVEEDREDI! (It’s a play on words with Darvee+Vendredi) I offer free shipping on $20and+ on my Etsy shop every first Friday of the month.

CAN I FIND "THIS PRODUCT" IN STORE RATHER THAN ONLINE?

I have a general idea of what my resellers have in store but I am not aware of their latest inventory: contact me and I’ll try my best to help you.
FYI: I have a list of all of my stocklists on darvee.com and if I take part to an event, it’ll be showed there as well.

DO YOU SELL TSHIRTS / TOTE BAGS / CELLPHONE CASES?

I do! But it’s online only and through Society6: society6.com/darveelicious
(PRO: They have a shiiiiitload of products – all of good quality – and a five stars customer service. CON: It’s in the States so all prices are in $USD and sometimes you do have to pay Custom fees.)
If you are interested in a product, I strongly suggest that you subscribe to their newsletter or social networks; they often have 48h sales “25% OFF”.
